Chinese Food Made Easy

I am SO happy to be home and back on our regular posting schedule! I am definitely a planner so I’m a little discombobulated from my recent travels to Greenville (last week) and Nashville (this week). Josh is so amazing and had this waiting for me when I walked in the door.

We used the Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and Crushed Garlic to season the green beans, and we added a little bit of Less Sodium Soy Sauce to add a bit more flavor to the fried rice. Overall it was a delicious meal, as always!

An hour or so later I was craving some chocolate and decided to have some Trader Joe’s European Style Mocha Yogurt with a little bit of Trader Joe’s Just the Clusters Chocolate Almond Granola Cereal.

It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth for the night!

I am now 100% satisfied and 100% exhausted. Since my body is still feeling incredibly sore I’m going to skip the Bodypump class I planned to go to and, instead, make tomorrow a stretching-focused day.

See you once I’ve gotten my beauty sleep ;).
