Under the Fitness tab you can see my Workout Log and some of my very own Workouts.

Fitness has become a huge part of my life and I love coming up with new and challenging workouts for myself.  This meas that I have not necessarily completed each workout with the amount of weight specified.  I typically try to use 10 lb and 15 lb weights but sometimes I have to lower down to 5 lbs (for tricep kickbacks for example).  Listen to your body and work up to your own personal goal.

Below, you can find some of my favorite workout moves by body part.  I keep this master list and create my own workouts by picking out a few depending on what I want to work that day.  Also, be sure to check back regularly as I’m always being introduced to new moves that I’ll be sure to add.
