Goals for the Week {1/27/14}

Goals for the Week Fitness

Complete Week 4 of P90X3 - Week 4 is a transition week which works quite nicely since I’ll be going through quite the transition myself (a.k.a. moving)!  So, my goal is to complete at least five of the seven scheduled workouts.  I hope to get all seven in (I may have to double up) but I won’t beat myself up if I don’t get them all in.  I have a lot going on so I’ll just roll with it and do what I’m able to do.  (Check out my P90X3 Week 3 Review!)


Eat “Well” – Typically this would say eat clean but considering we will be moving and meals will be scattered my goal is simply to make smart choices at each meal and to keep things in perspective.  I will be bringing Shakeology with me, will have Quest Bars and fruit for on-the-go moments and will do my best to choose healthier options when eating out…except for tonight because (like I mentioned last week) I’m getting Cookout one last time.


Keep Calm and Move On ;) – My goal for the week is to just make the move up to Northern New Jersey!  The movers come today, I’ll tie up loose ends on Tuesday, drive up on Wednesday, do a walk-through and get the keys on Thursday, move everything in Friday – Monday, and then start my new job on Tuesday.  I just want to keep calm and roll with the punches as they come.  (<– easier said than done)

  1. How exciting to be moving and way to keep motivated to workout during the move – that can’t be easy! My goals for the week include: no sweets (unless its a Shakeology ball) and no alcohol until Friday night!
