Josh and I found a new series… Royal Pains!

We desperately needed a new show since there’s nothing on during the summer and we’ve seen every episode of Psych at least a dozen times.  Royal Pains is great because it has some medical mystery with goofy comedy.  We’re fans!  We were watching before dinner yesterday and Josh didn’t want to pause for me to workout so we compromised…I worked out while we watched!  Kind of weird but it worked!

Heart + Booty + Arms Circuit Workout

It wasn’t my most challenging circuit but was great for a quick workout…I mean I couldn’t be too disruptive…we were watching TV 😉 .  If you try it, let me know what you think!

After my workout I cleaned up and we headed out for dinner at Josh’s dad’s house.  On the menu was steak, roasted potatoes, salad, green beans and caprese salad.

It was delicious as always!  On the way home we saw a deer…I’m obsessed!


And once we were home I couldn’t resist pulling out the Jif Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and definitely over indulged.  Whoops!  Oh well – moving on.  I’ll hopefully be back soon to talk about some meal prep and other yummy food from the weekend.
