It’s a New Day

Well, hello there!  I planned on posting this yesterday but was just a big ole’ ball of stress and didn’t quite get to it.  Oh well, today is a new day and I’m ready to take it head on :)


I started yesterday off with the best Shakeology I’ve made thus far.  I’m going to need to buy more frozen raspberries ASAP!

For my mid-morning snack I had non fat vanilla Greek yogurt with some red grapes.

For lunch I quickly made myself a salmon salad with balsamic.  I seasoned the salmon with P90X3‘s Cajun Seasoning (from the Nutrition Guide that comes with the program) and loved it!  The Balsamic Vinaigrette I used is also a P90X3 recipe.

For my pre-workout snack I had some crackers and a cheese stick.

And lastly, for dinner Josh and I ordered pizza and parmesan cajun wings from The Corner Slice.  I “needed” it…and we had forgotten to take the chicken out of the freezer.  Whoops!

Yesterday’s P90X3 workout was Agility X.  This one is all cardio and involves lots of jumping around.  As I said on Instagram…I’m not sure this workout will ever get easier but I know I’m getting stronger!

We’re skipping this for now.  I promise I’ll share my big news soon – definitely within the next two weeks.  I’m just waiting for things to be lined up so I don’t jinx myself 😉
