{Recipe} Apple Pie Smoothie (with the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar)

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, right?  I have an Apple Pie Smoothie for you today just in time for Fall…no wait it’s Summer.  Hmm…  I guess I’m a little off here but this recipe is just too yummy not to share.  Oh, and it has some awesome health benefits as well.  You’ll need…

1 Medium Apple (I like a red variety), cored and chopped
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar*
Up to 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Organic Unfiltered Apple Juice
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
1 Scoop Perfect Fit Vanilla Protein Powder
5 Ice Cubes

You know the drill, simply blend everything together in your blender and serve!

Apple Pie Smoothie with Apple Cider Vinegar Recipe

*Why use the apple cider vinegar?  Apple cider vinegar can suppress your appetite, rev up your metabolism and reduce water retention.  Is two tablespoons enough to actually cause these things to take place?  Maybe it will…maybe it won’t.  But it certainly doesn’t hurt!  Plus, I like the little zing it adds to the smoothie.
