It’s time for another WIAW {What I Ate Wednesday} post!

I started my day off yesterday with a batch of Blueberry Pecan Overnight Oats via Tone It Up.

I added a small splash of vanilla extract to mine since my liquid stevia wasn’t vanilla flavored and thought it was delicious.  This breakfast has kept me full for two breakfasts in a row now (yesterday and today) and I will definitely be making it again.

As a snack I had a 100 calorie pack of raw Blue Diamond Almonds.

For lunch I had a delicious wrap that I made at 11:30pm on Monday night.  (Yes, I was exhausted at work.)  My wraps were inspired by yet another Tone It Up recipe, the Lifesaver Rolls.

This wrap includes non fat plain Greek yogurt, basil, mint, quinoa, turkey and more!

After lunch I sipped on some green tea.

When I was done I actually put the tea bags in my water so I would have green tea flavored water throughout the day.  Around 5:30pm I snacked on yet another Tone It Up recipe, the Get Well & Stay Well Green Smoothie.  I also made this around 11:30pm Monday night…my poor neighbors on the other side of the wall.

I absolutely loved this smoothie because it had a juice feel without the hassle of actually cleaning a juicer.  I’m a fan!

If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’ve taken a liking to the Tone It Up community :) .  I heard of Tone It Up through Brittany over at Barr & Table and Brie over at Lean Clean Brie.  I spent a lot of time researching in the car on the way to and from Martha’s Vineyard while on vacation and took lots of screenshots of recipes and workouts I wanted to try.

My workout, of course, consisted of Tone It Up workouts.  I completed a 14 minute jog, followed by one round of the Take Me to the Sea workout, followed by one round of the Bikini Abs workout.

I was super excited to have almost a full hour to workout.  Right at the end of my workout Josh got home and started on dinners.  We had our new favorite meal, Jalapeño Turkey Burgers, sweet potato fries and a side salad.

And for dessert I had a tablespoon of Hershey’s Chocolate with Almond Spread.  YUM!

It was a delicious and clean eating kind of day :) .
